Cause can be an issue with the power management.

Run the Power troubleshooter - will need elevated permissions:
Settings > Updates & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Power

Note: the troubleshooter will only report it re-setting default power timeouts but also does registry checks/fixes as well.
