Frequently Asked Question

1. Click on the Options menu ellipsis (...) in the top RH corner of Teams
2. Select g>Settings
3. 
4. Select Devices
5. Scroll down to Secondary ringer
6. Select your preferred speaker option
7. 
8. Close Settings using the X at the top RH corner of the Settings window
9. A restart of Teams or your PC should not be requred.

NOTE:
Your PC will need to have some form of working (and unmuted) speakers other than your headset. 

For example:

• Internal speakers
• Be connected to a screen with built-in speakers (via aux cable, HDMI or DisplayPort)
  
• Have a set of dedicated external speakers plugged in.

Laptops are 'always' equipped with internal speakers.
