PC: Window keeps scrolling

If your window, drop-down box or other form of page or list keeps scrolling when you are trying to select something, try these fixes:

  1. Check that you don't have anything resting on an arrow button on your keyboard
  2. Check that a second mouse, touchpad or keyboard is not affecting the PC, e.g. something resting on a laptop's touchpad
  3. Toggle OFF:
    1. Settings > Devices > Mouse > "Scroll inactive windows when I hover over them"
    2. Settings > Personalisation > Colours > "Automatically pick an accent colour from my background"
