PC - Reset Windows 10

Option 1:
1. Open Start > Settings (cog wheel icon)
2. Select Update & Security
3. Select Recovery in the lefthand menu
4. Select "Get started" under the "Reset this PC" option
RESET OPTIONS:
"Keep My Files": This will:
Does what it says on the tin - essentially a factory reset.
- Save any work and close all programs
- Press the keyboard Windows logo key + L to get to the sign-in screen
- Restart the PC in Recovery mode by HOLDING DOWN the Shift key while selecting the Power icon > Restart in the lower-right corner of the screen.
- The PC will restart in the Windows Recovery Environment.
- On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Reset this PC -see below for options

- Reinstalls Windows 10 and keep your PC account and personal files.
- Removes apps and drivers you installed.
- Removes changes you made to settings.
- Removes any apps your PC manufacturer installed. (If your PC came with Windows 10 apps from your PC manufacturer these will be reinstalled.)
